Urns that are custom made from scratch require design work, actual construction time, careful drying, glazing, and multiple firings and coolings. This takes on average 3 to 5 weeks to complete. During this time I will keep you posted on progress.

What does "free shipping" mean?

UPS or other standard insured ground service is included at no additional charge within the continental USA. If you require rush delivery or delivery outside the continental US the shipping charge will be the cost to me. (I can provide an estimate for this service upon request).

How about names, initials, dates, etc. for the deceased?

I include the memorial data printed on quality card stock suitable for framing to display with the urn at no added cost to you. You should provide this information to me via .

As an option I can have a brass plaque engraved with this information and mounted on a hardwood stand. The cost to you for this option would be equal to my cost -- contact me for a quote.

Can the urn be sealed?

Yes, your urn can be easily sealed if desired. With each urn I include the required materials and instructions for sealing. It is simple and only takes a few minutes to do.

Is your studio open to the public?

Yes, by appointment. My studio is located about 10 minutes from I-79. Please call first 304-286-2635 to arrange a time and get directions.
